Order

 Order. The order is placed when you choose the good (or goods) according to the model, size, and colour. The chosen good goes to a cart, where you may change its quantity. In the cart you choose the country of the recipient and fill out the fields of buyer information.

 Payment. When you place your order, you will receive an email from us with the confirmation of your order. If we do not have in stock the good that you want to buy, or we do not have the exact colour combination of your chosen good, then we will make it in 10 day period. In the confirmation email we will also specify the exact price of shipment. Then you can make the payment by bank transfer to our account. After receiving the money we will confirm your payment by email.

Delivery. The goods are sent via “Lithuanian post“ to all the cities of Lithuania and Europe. All orders are carried during the working days and are delivered in 5-14 days, depending on the country of the recipient. The goods are sent by registered priority mail. „Lithuanian Post“ is responsible for any cases of “accidents“. So far we did not have any and hope we don‘t.

 Delivery prices. The delivery price depends on the weight and size of the parcel according to the tariffs of “Lithuanian Post” (www.post.lt). After receiving the order, we specify the price of shipment once again and inform you by email. Max weight of the parcel is 30 kg.

 Return or exchange. If the good was not as you have expected, please call us or write an email info@umauma.lt . We will definitely find the best solution – we will exchange the good or we will refund the money. Just please inform us right away upon receiving it. The good has to come back to us in 14 days in a clean, unused condition, exactly how you received it. The good is returned by the buyer‘s expenses, we exchange it and ship it again by our expenses.
